The AHA’s ACLS course builds on the foundation of lifesaving BLS skills, emphasizing the importance of continuous, high-quality CPR. Reflects science and education from the American Heart Association Guidelines Update for CPR and Emergency Cardiovascular Care (ECC).

Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) is the AHA preferred course for experienced Healthcare Providers and Medical Personnel who may respond to a cardiovascular emergency.
Hybrid Format: Precourse work + In-class session
Precourse Work: Participants must complete the ACLS Precourse Self-Assessment and Precourse Work through eLearning.heart.org/course/424.
Successful completion of the ACLS Precourse Work is REQUIRED to attend the in-class session. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Certification Issued: 2 year AHA ACLS Provider eCard
Manual: Participants may bring their own ACLS Provider manual (2020 AHA edition only) or purchase the ebook online for $39.50.
